Shipping and Refund Policy

Refunds, Restocking Fees and Other Charges

Refunds

The following timelines, based on the number of days from the original date of shipment from Datalogic, govern Datalogic‘s refund

and restocking polices.

1 -30 days

1) Customer is charged 20 percent of the purchase price of the product to cover restocking and handling costs.

2) Shipping and refurbishing costs are deducted from the refund.

3) The refund is credited to the customer's account. If paid by a credit card, the refund amount is applied back to the credit card.

Otherwise, please contact credit and collections department for other refund details.

Over 30 days

1) No refund is available.

2) Customer is billed for return shipping costs.

Software and Customized Products

Software and customized products such as cables, decoders with cable modications, or special-order input devices, are not

returnable.
