DATALOGIC JET™

Switches on/off the keyboard backlight. Both display and

keyboard backlight automatically turn off after a timeout,

depending on Control Panel settings.

The backlights automatically turn off after a set timeout.

NOTE

Once the Alpha mode has been entered, press the Alpha key again

to exit this mode.

3.5 STATUS INDICATORS

3.5.1 LED Status

The Datalogic Jet™ provides three different LEDs signaling the PDA status.

LED STATUS

General Purpose

(left-side)

Green/Red This LED is available to the application

program.

Bluetooth®

(extreme right -side)

Blue blinking

It blinks when the Bluetooth® module is

on.

Green pulse It goes on for a few seconds when the

external supply or the battery pack

supply has been recognized.

Green blinking It blinks during slow charge.

Green constant It is constant once the charging process

has been completed.

Red blinking It blinks when the battery pack is running

down.

Red constant It is constant while charging.

Green/Red They turn on alternatively while

discharging.

Charging Status

(right side)

Orange blinking It blinks when a charging error has

occurred, for example when the external

power is connected but no battery is

inserted.
